UN human rights experts have demanded an immediate investigation into the allegations levelled by Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Saudi Arabia's fief Prince Jeff Bezos, over phone calls being hacked.
Experts say that Wali Mohammed bin Salman should also be asked why he 'consistently, personally tried to target those whom he considered his enemy.'
The data contained in Bezos' phone was accessed via a message sent from a phone number used by Mohammed bin Salman.

A statement issued by the Saudi Embassy in the United States said the phone hacking news was 'inappropriate' and that the matter should be investigated.
However, experts working for the UN in private say that the Saudi Arabian pledges' possible role 'in the Bezos' phone hacking is nonetheless necessary. United Nations specialists who have made the call include Angus Caillard and David Kaye, who support the UN in the death penalty and extra-judicial killings and freedom of expression cases, respectively.
