From the beginning of the year, LG released some flagships. But, towards the end of the year, the company seems to plan another release, namely the LG V30. For many reviewers, the phone is quite unpredictable, especially in terms of display. Overall, LG’s V Series is exceptionally well known. This is especially evident since the V10 was launched in 2015. LG 30 reviews come with different views. Some of its features may go beyond your imagination.
What the LG 30 review reveals and what features are expected
Although the LG V30 does not outperform the market, you can expect a number of excellent company-offered features. Here are some of them:
According to some reviews, the V30 is much sleeker than any other model. The phone comes with rounded edges and a Gorilla Glass 5 that blends perfectly with the metal frame. It looks like LG is improving its design approach. This is evident in the streamlined look and feel of the V3. The following are some of the more interesting aspects of the LG V30 features.
6-inch OLED screen, which feels comfortable in the eyes
Fingerprint sensors are located on the back of the phone. It is conveniently located so that it is easy to reach using the pointer finger
IP68 rating for water and dust resistance
A headphone jack, slots for microSD card and widespread storage
For some reviewers, the removable 3.300mAh battery can be a bit disappointing. However, it actually makes the phone smoother than removable battery phones.
Display and sound
You can’t expect anything special from the LG V30’s display, except for the brightness of the pixel density panel (538ppi). Some analysts expected that LG should have used better panels. The dim and uneven light is reflected from the screen. This is especially disturbing when it is dark.
Fortunately, sound quality is good. Despite the single firing speaker, the phone is great for listening to music. Sound quality is much better when you pair a pair of headphones and turn on Hi-Fi DAC. Features make music faster and sound more traditional and natural.
Those who like the latest version of Android (Nougat 7.1.2) will expect the release date of the LG V30. In addition, the phone comes with some excellent features in terms of performance and software, including:
The aspect ratio of 18: 9, thus giving you more room to breathe
Multi-window format by hand. This is especially good for those people who use phones for multitasking. You can run two apps seamlessly with the LG V30.
Google Assistant, which is the virtual assistant’s gold standard for smartphones
LG’s useful and colorful built-in apps
Widgets redesigned to accommodate larger screens
However, you need to expect some improvement. For example, the phone does not come with an app launcher. As a result, downloaded apps may dominate the phone’s screen. The good news is that you can easily use the traditional launcher to manage apps.
Camera and video
The LG 30 review shows that its camera is one of the best ever made in LG. The rear camera features 16 megapixels with f / 1.6 aperture. The other is a 13-megapixel wide-angle camera. Although some other brands are beginning to move into different types of dual-camera setups, the telephoto / wide-angle scrollbar is still reliable, as it is more flexible.
The central camera comes with optical image stabilization despite some camera improvements. The resulting images are quite detailed and bright colors, especially when it has a lot of light. However, you may know the quality of the image under low light performance.
Overall, the wide-angle camera works great for capturing images with excellent quality. In addition, LG claimed that it made the V30 for the video shoot, and that proves it. The phone is a great companion for YouTubers and videographers. It offers a high level of control for grip on the footage.
Performance and battery
LG V30 features a Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835 chipset along with Adreno 540 GPU, as well as 4GB of RAM. Despite the fact that it has been a part of the mainstream, it is still a cool and effective mix. The phone works fast and smoothly. It is largely credited for gaming and multi-task.
How about battery life? You can’t find anything special with the battery. For daily use, the V30 is pretty average, with 12 hours of use. This means that you may need to bring a charger for a day trip. Fortunately, the phone is charging fast. From a completely dead state, it only takes about 15 minutes to get about 30% energy.
Lastly, LG V30’s features are good for building quality and design but may require some improvement in performance. Wait for information about the LG V30 release date from the company.
