Imogen Heap is a British songwriter and singer. His full name is Imogene Jennifer Heap. She was born on December 9, 1977. She was born in London, England. Imogen was attracted to music at an early age. He trained on many classical instruments, such as cello, clarinet and piano.
She was educated at Friends School at Saffron Walden. His father was a construction rock salesman, while his mother was an art therapist. When Imogen was twelve years old, they were separated. Imogen started writing songs at the age of thirteen. Imogen didn’t do well with her music teacher at boarding school.
So, he has to teach himself different things like an arrangement, music engineering, sampling and production. He himself learned to play the drums and play the guitar. She later went to the Brit School for Performing Arts and Technology in Croydon, South London.
He sang songs like iMagafone (1998), Speak for Himself (2005), Ellipse (2009), Sparks (2014), and many more. Imogen is a good person at heart who does a lot of charitable work with his money.
Imogen won Best Engineer Album for Bezvi (2010) and Grammy of the Year for 1989 (2016). He also won the Ivor Novello Award, the Music Wax Award, the MPG Award, and the Drama Desk Award.
