5 Supplements to Manage Stress During the Holiday Season

We all know how pleasant the holiday season is, but we don’t talk too much about how stressful it can be. Between red-eye flights, last-minute shopping and weird family gatherings, holidays can be a panic attack for everyone. To help you maintain your zen this holiday season, we’ve created some extra fitness equipment that balances calm and stress levels – even when the great Auntie Anita asks you When will you get married.

Inositol

Sometimes called vitamin B8, inositol is not a vitamin at all. It is a type of sugar that has multiple functions in the human body, such as regulating insulin and affecting neurotransmitters such as serotonin and dopamine. Inositol is naturally found in fruits, beans, grains and nuts, but you can also find inositol powders that are easily found in juices, coffee or smoothies.
