More Details on Prometheus Blu-ray Extras
The BBFC has recently classified the Blu-ray version of Prometheus that has the full length movie with additional commentary and a ton of other extras. The info available now is most likely not the entire list of extras because there’s no mention of deleted scenes on the BBFC site; we do know that the 9-disc box set will contain deleted scenes and that the UK censors organization does not classify everything at once. Sure hope it is better than the movie was. What a huge disappointment for ALIEN fans. Then again… what would one expect with Lindolf writing it but a mess of conjectured plot twists that go nowhere and make little to no sense.
By far the best in the franchise since Aliens in my opinion. I’m very happy we didn’t get yet another movie with eggs, facehuggers, chestbursters and xenos, they’ve all been done to death. Breaking away from the old tropes was the best thing for the franchise. I think we should be grateful.
I guess i will wait for the extended/directors cut – i will not be double or triple dipped – if nothing extended comes out in the next 10 months then i will buy this Blu Ray – I Love Prometheus and cannot wait for the sequel(s)
