Prometheus Audio Puzzle… SOLVED!
A puzzle in the form of an unintelligible audio recording has been put up by blogbusters.ch where decoding it can possibly lead to more Prometheus goodies. Omg! Ridley Scott has always had a way with making you so uncomfortable with the whole atmosphere of his films. I remember in the first Alien right after it attacked Parker and Lambert, then sounds that could be heard from that attack on Lambert when Ripley was running made my skin crawl. This audio has much the same effect.
Ridley Scott is a master of his craft.
That cobra alien must get inside his arm, as seen in the trailer, and start will…changing him. This confirms this movie definitely as frightening as Alien was.
I can’t imagine this being anything other than R. The audio alone was disturbing enough…
I’m not being rude or silly by suggesting. At the beginning it sounds like the guy is experiencing pleasure before the creature hurts him. Maybe the creature is using his penis as an entry point to his body. Ridley did mention that he was a bit embarrassed by something that happens when asked was there anything in the movie as scary as the chest burster in Alien.
Whatever the case the audio alone is exciting an terrifying. I think Prometheus is going to make the rest of the Alien saga look like a cheap and lazy spin-off.
I don’t think it’s a “pleasure” voice. It sounds like a “relieved” voice. As in, “Don’t freak out so much, it’s ok, it won’t hurt us.” then “Ow, it’s hurting us, we were so wrong.”

He isnt saying “oh yeah, oh yeah” he is moaning “oh my god, oh my god” just more fast paced.

Does anybody knows wich image is that on video? Looks like a helmet, with something inside.
The image is a busted helmet, face with mouth open, something going into or coming out of mouth…
im sick of directors trying to suck people in with these squeals and series they try and conjure. Prometheus is made on the premiss that it as a prequel to aliens and now requires its own set of follow ups. makes me sad cause prometheus was really not that good. 5/10 in my opinion. i want good films not stupid puzzles and stupid merchandise to advertise what i believe to be a pathetic effort at formulaic space movie, from a renowned director. Sort it out RIDLEY, you tart !!!!
But hey thats my opinion. as im finding new good space movies hard to locate, the’s that haven’t already been seen.
Just watched it again, and ‘lol’ i really liked it.like i tried mention earlier, i want to see some changes in the fundamentals of story telling but heyho im sure something fresh, fresh to my opinion, style and flavour, will come about.
