Dulquer Salmaan’s ‘Kali’ stirs up controversy

The preview of Kali was issued online a few days back and it has been in the information still because The Malayalam movie starring Dulquer Salmaan and Sai Pallavi is directed by Sameer Thahir. Now, a disagreement has exploded online over the trailer – not for its satisfied but for the detail that the unique soundtrack of Hollywood picture The Man from U.N.C.L.E has supposedly been used in the trailer.

‘Kali’ movie stirs up controversy

Music director Gopi Sunder has been blamed by folks of having ‘lifted’ the soundtrack of the Hollywood movie and people have been trolling the music director online. In the precedent, Sunder was accused of plagiarism ‘summer of 69’ by singer Bryan Adams for one of his songs in the movie Bangalore Days. However, the music director has tell Malayala Manorama that he lifted the track from the Hollywood picture The Man from U.N.C.L.E on point and used it in the trailer. He was quoted as saying, “I did it for amusing and it was now a trailer. Anybody can with no trouble mark that score.”

The music director additional told the every day that he doesn’t intelligence getting trolled as he sees it as a little optimistic. He even posted on his Facebook page that he appreciated a troll’s originality.

Salmaan’s ‘kali’ movie stirs up controversy

Kali is an imminent Malayalam romantic comedy-psychological thriller movie directed and co-produced by Sameer Thahir starred Dulquer Salmaan and Sai Pallavi in the guide. It is the second teamwork of Sameer Thahir & Dulquer Salmaan after Neelakasham Pachakadal Chuvanna Bhoomi. Kali also has Chemban Vinod Jose, Vinayakan and Soubin Shahir in important roles and the movie is mostly shot in Kochi, Vagamon, Athirappilly, Masinagudi and Gudalur. The movie is listed to release on 26 March 2016.
